If you’re looking to up your Instagram game, this post is for you! I keep on reading that #nofilter is the new filter, but not for me. I love my editing apps and always will. I really enjoy trying out new apps, so I can get an even better feed. I used to work in Afterlight a lot and wrote this post about that. But that was over a year ago and right now I’m totally done with the bleached look you get with that app. My latest discovery is Enlight, but there’s 3 apps I love using. I switch between all of them and sometimes I even use all 3 apps on one picture.
Enlight
The Enlight app is almost like Photoshop for your iPhone. If you know Photoshop you’ll love this app. If you don’t it takes some getting used to, but it’s definitely worth it. See that perfect pink sky in the top picture? You really think skies are that pink? This app let’s you add colours that aren’t there, but will look amazing in your feed.

VSCO
I haven’t completely figured out this app yet, there’s a whole community attached to it, which might be worth figuring out. I mostly use VSCO for its raw filters. Some filters for free, while you have to buy others. Compared to Enlight VSCO feels a bit limited, but still I love it.

The filters HB1, HB2, A6, ACG, they all have a raw, bluish look, which goes really well with my feed.

Snapseed
The first editing app I ever downloaded. I completely forgot about it, but it regained my attention when I recognized its filters on other peoples feeds. This app has sooo many features, which are all definitely worth figuring out. I mostly use this app on my city & landscape pictures or any other pic that needs that extra oomph.
Favourite features
The Drama option will make any landscape or city picture look crazy detailed & cool.
