It’s been a while since you last saw me rockin’ pastels, so it was about time I did. You might think of wearing spring coats or summer dresses in pastel colours, but fall items seem a little more unlikely. If you love pastels as much as I do you’re in luck: the sweet shades are still in style this upcoming fall/winter season. I can’t really say that effects me though; I’d still walk around looking like a pastry regardless of current trends. This bomber immediately caught my eye the second I laid my eyes on it. The soft fabric and colour fit my style perfectly. And when I ran into this cute jersey crop top/pencil skirt set in NYC, I knew just the thing to match it with. A look like this one is just perfect for when I only want to be comfortable. It kind of feels like wearing a sweatsuit, without the actual sweatsuit look. I don’t think I’ll ever wear sweatpants, although the motto ‘Never Say Never’ always applies – let’s say I’ve done crazier things. But for now this is the closest I’m getting to wearing a full sportswear look without going to the gym.
