7 THINGS TO DO WITHOUT INTERNET

I’m now in my third week of living without internet and I survived! This may sound like a nightmare to most of you online addicts, but the whole experience is actually quite refreshing. I had so much time left due to not staring at my computer screen all the time. Obviously I cheated a little, going on the internet via my iPhone. I rounded up a list of things that are fun to do in case you’re ever in the same situation. Kind of ironic to put this on a blog that is located on the world wide web, so I kinda hope you’re not in this situation too often. Otherwise this might leave me with just a handful of blog readers 😉

Have a movie marathon
Even if you’re the kinda person that only has a couple of classics as a movie collection this will be fun. You’ll remember why you loved those movies in the first place! You can also borrow a couple of movies from a friend to discover something new.

Explore the city you live in
Go to that one coffee place you always pass by or just stroll around, discovering new streets. I did this in the past weeks and found so many cute shops, it made me realize how cool the city is I live in.

Call your mum
Seriously, she’ll love it!

Go to the gym
If you’re like me you might have a sleeping gym membership you’ll use every month or so. Use it! Get fit! You’ll feel sooo much better after a couple of gym sessions and it’ll even spark some new energy. In case you’re not a member, a lot of gyms offer free day passes to try them out.

Hang with a friend
Organize a fun day at the beach or at the park, switch your phone to flight mode and you’ll see how much fun you’ll have! It’s always great to get to know your friends even better.

Start a DIY project
You might have a pair of jeans at the back of your wardrobe, or you might not like the way that same wardrobe looks. So rip those jeans or paint that wardrobe. Whatever it is, make it fun and make it yours!

Visit someplace new
Grab your bike to a nearby area or if you want to take it even further, take the train or a plane to another city or even another country.
