If you follow me on Instagram (@adashoffashblog) you probably saw a preview of this already. A few weeks ago I did a photoshoot for Amsterdam based brand Objection. As both a fashion enthusiast and graphic designer I immediately fell in love with the beautifully designed jackets! I think all prints are equally amazing. Yoeki Wu, owner of the brand, invited me to style two jackets for a photoshoot and so I did! I loved having my make up done by a professional make up artist and really enjoyed the whole thing.
I think these pictures turned out to be really cool! It’s funny to see myself as a model. Although it is kind of what I do on my blog, I *model* my wardrobe, I don’t think of myself that way. Because you know, I am not a model.
The styling I did for these jackets is pretty basic, because I didn’t want other items to take away the attention or compete with the print of these awesome jackets. I l I wish I could say I have taken them home, because I love love love the way they look, but unfortunately these jackets were just samples. I will have to make do with these pictures for now. The jackets are sold online at byobjection.com, so I’m hoping to get my hands on one of them sooner or later!
