Like most of the girls of my generation I still can’t get enough of Sex and The City. And if SATC has tought me one thing, is that it’s important to have fun with fashion. From Carrie falling in love with Big for the fifth time to Miranda and her lesbian phase; I think I saw every episode at least 5 times by now. So that means I’ve seen that opening sequence of Carrie running around New York in her tulle skirt – quick calculation – a bajillion times. It takes some courage to wear a skirt like that and that’s exactly why I wanted to have one myself. So when the lovely folks at contacted me to pick something from their collection and I saw this mint green (eek!) tulle skirt, my heart skipped a beat. This was my chance to make my Carrie dreams come true. This is an item that I’ll whip out on special occasions time and time again. And there’s a very special occasion coming up… I’m considering putting it in my suitcase to New York, to have that real Carrie moment!
