Heya Dutchies! Voor de post van vandaag probeer ik eens iets nieuws: ik schrijf ook in het Nederlands! Ben heel benieuwd of jullie dit fijner vinden om te lezen. Op mijn Snapchat (@adashoffash) ben ik ook al naar Nederlands geswitcht en ik kreeg gelijk meer privéberichtjes binnen. Dus ik dacht, dat probeer ik hier ook eens!
Vandaag heb ik in samenwerking met NIVEA – ter ere van hun superhandige Invisible for Black & White Deodorant – een leuk zwart-wit lookje samengesteld. Het zal jullie vast opgevallen zijn, maar ik draag eigenlijk meestal wel een kleurtje in mijn outfit. Dit was dus even zoeken in mijn kledingkast. Maar al snel kwam ik mijn favoriete River Island blazer tegen. Deze blazer mag dan witte strepen hebben, dit komt in ieder geval niet door mijn deodorant! De NIVEA Invisible for Black & White Deodorant beschermt namelijk juist tegen witte strepen. Ik kan hem ook moeiteloos gebruiken met het witte shirtje dat ik draag, met deze deo krijg je ook geen gele vlekken. Handig!
Ik vind het echt superleuk om te experimenteren met verschillende materialen en deze outfit heeft me geïnspireerd vaker voor zwart/wit te kiezen. Het is alweer bijna Amsterdam Fashion Week a.k.a. het Fashion Event van het jaar en ik kijk hierbij heel erg uit naar de show van Tony Cohen, waarvan NIVEA de hoofdsponsor is. Misschien ga ik hier wel voor zo’n leuk monochroom outfitje!

I was asked by NIVEA to create a black & white outfit inspired by their very handy Invisible for Black & White Deodorant. It probably hasn’t gone unnoticed that I usually wear colour in my outfits. It was quite a challenge for me to find a matching b&w outfit in my wardrobe. I was glad to rediscover my fave River Island blazer though! This blazer may be covered with white stripes, they definitely don’t come from my deodorant! On the contrary: my NIVEA Invisible for Black & White Deodorant protects against white stripes. I can easily use it with the white tee I’m wearing as well, this deodorant doesn’t form yellow stains on the fabric. Very convenient I have to say!
I absolutely love experimenting with various materials and this outfit has inspired me to opt for black & white a bit more often. Amsterdam Fashion Week a.k.a. the Fashion Event of the year is coming up and I’m really looking forward to the Tony Cohen show – of which NIVEA is the main sponsor. I might go for a monochrome outfit one of those days!
