We all have comfort zones when it comes to style. Things we’ll always do the same way because it feels natural to us. In my case I’m talking about my hair. I’m quite attached to my long dark mane and as you may have noticed I’ve only worn it up two or three times during the lifetime of this blog.
I’ve been asked many times before why I won’t try something different and I don’t really have an answer for that, except for the fact that my hair is my trademark and after going through some experimental fases I wouldn’t want it any other way than the way it is right now. Also I’m not really one to set my alarm an hour earlier when I want to braid or curl my hair 😉
For today’s look I did try something new: the milkmaid braid. I’ve seen it on other people and always loved it, so I thought I’d give it a try myself. It doesn’t feel very ‘me’ yet and makes me feel as sexy as Hannah of GIRLS, but it may have to grow on me. What do you think of this hairstyle? Are you happy to see something new or would you rather have good old long haired me?
