On the day I took these pictures we experienced our first autumn storm of the year. It was actually hard to find a spot where the wind didn’t completely ruin my hair. The sky was covered with dark clouds and that’s why these pictures turned out pretty dark. But thanks to that exact same storm the floor was covered in beautifully coloured leaves. One of the reasons I do love autumn. These colours just work so well with all my gold accessories. Speaking of those accessories, remember my birthday wishlist? I ended up getting almost everything, except for that pair of Tom Ford sunglasses.
Well, that pair is no longer on my wishlist, as it is now on my nose 😉 I got them from Smart Buy Glasses, a webshop that sells a gazillion models of sunnies. You know I love a good pair of shades in summer, but I also think they can look great in autumn. There’s still a lot of sunlight around, so even if this piece is luxurious, protecting your eyes isn’t. This is my first pair of designer sunglasses and definitely not my last! I love basic ones too, but these definitely add something special to any outfit. Plus they compliment the autumn leaves perfectly, don’t you think?
