four looks one trend: how to wear floral prints

So today I’m bring you something new. And exciting. And exciting and new. I’m collaborating with 3 amazing style bloggers on a project. The bloggers are Sofia from Lisbon – Portugal, Oksana from Chattanooga – Tennessee and Valentine from Paris – France. We’re going to show you a trend and how to wear it on a weekly basis for the next 4 weeks. I can’t tell you how excited I am about this. I love how every girl has their own distinct style and I am very curious with what we are going to come up next. I know for one thing that the picture above is making me very happy. Oksana is such a classy lady, I am loving Sofia’s edgy look and I envy Valentine for that beautiful coat she is wearing. I love collaborating with other people and these girls are too stylish for their own good, so I absolutely don’t mind sharing some space with this lot on the world wide web.

As you may have already guessed from the header of this blog, I am a huge fan of floral prints. You haven’t seen me wearing them that much yet, but that’s because for me this is a summer and spring thing. When I think of florals I think of picnicing in the park with tan bare legs. Or drinking rosé at the terrace of a cute bar. Sadly we still don’t have a real spring yet in the Netherlands, but I can’t wait for it to begin so I can go completely wild with florals. So here’s a start! I have been fan of this trend as long as I can remember. I even remember one time when I was little I was so happy spring had finally commenced I celebrated by prancing around in a head-to-toe floral outfit. I didn’t do that this time, but I did feel it was the perfect opportunity to tribute to that moment and mix & match florals. I couldn’t go bare legged completely but I am happy to be showing a little more skin than usual and not even being cold!
Warning: there’s a duckface involved after the jump.
