Besides my obvious love for fashion and design, I am a massive music lover. Music is what inspires me and I’m always looking for new artists to listen to. I basically listen to music everywhere I go and if my iPod battery is empty this puts me in a really bad mood. To enjoy my tunes to the fullest I obviously need great audio. You can imagine I was thrilled when the lovely people at Skullcandy contacted me to feature their newest headphones: the Navigator. And so it happened that I met up with the lovely Maureen of Backtoback PR a few days later on a sunny terrace in Amsterdam. She hooked me up with these babies and I immediately fell in love with the sleek retro design of the Navigator. After giving it a spin I must say the audio is impeccable, I could hear everything so clear that it even made me discover new song elements in some of my favourite songs! The best part: the headphones are foldable and come with a handy storage bag, so -fingers crossed- I guess I finally found headphones that won’t break in my bag!
On another note, we recently celebrated Queensday (and the crowning of a new King!) here in the Netherlands. On Queensday garage sales are always a tradition and I managed to find two polka dotted items which I just couldn’t help but combine together in one outfit!
