Ecco Shoes. A brand you may or may not be familiar with. If you are familiar with the brand you’ll probably know it as a brand with comfy shoes your mom would wear.
So when I received an invitation to their blogger event in my inbox I was very curious to find out why this would be something for me.
Although they had me at ‘get comfy and spoil yourself’… Last Monday I went to Ecco’s Get Winterproof blogger event and got pleasantly surprised.
The location was in the middle of the Amsterdam city center, with the most beautiful view over the city. I loved meeting other bloggers and chatting with new people, made a leather clutch, a cute bow necklace, got a relaxing Aveda facial and had my make-up done. Not bad for my very first blogger event! They definitely did not lie about the getting spoiled part.
And the shoes? Not bad either! They were actually quite pretty! Most of the shoes would be something I’d wear if I were to work at an office,
because of their functional yet stylish design. My favourite shoes were the leopard loafers, a design I’d definitely wear right now.
I did see some things my mom would wear; when it comes to Ecco shoes comfort is key.
The brand is still about comfy shoes, but they are definitely targeting a new and younger audience with their sleek designs.
At the end of the night we received a goodiebag, which was actually a (very cool) bag, which I’ll be debuting on the blog soon!
