We don’t really celebrate Halloween in the Netherlands, but it has gained some popularity over the years. Mostly with students who appreciate any reason to dress up, but still. I only went to a Halloween party once, when I was studying in Barcelona and had a lot of international classmates. I was pretty lazy and dressed up as a Frenchman, which wasn’t too hard if you know my usual style of dressing 😉 Halloween is really popular in the US and UK, so a lot of shops sell Halloween capsule collections, which I love. These collections are usually very tongue-in-cheek and that’s exactly why I wanted this . I could have gone for a complete gothy look, but decided to add some fun pops of pink instead. This is probably the closest I’ll get to celebrating Halloween this year. How about you, are you already preparing for it?
