Last Friday – on what feels like the last day of summer right now – I had a lovely lunch with my family as a late birthday celebration. I don’t see my family as often as I should, so it was lovely seeing them all again. They gave me a big suitcase, which is perfect for my trip to – yup, I’m going to name that city as much as I can, so you better not get tired of it – New York! It’s not the one you saw in my wishlist post, that one was a little too small. It’s an awesome bright green one, which will definitely stand out on the carousel. After lunch I took these pictures with a very special photographer: my mom! I think she did a great job. As was to be expected; she really enjoys taking pictures herself and recently joined Instagram.
