As you grow older birthdays tend to get less important. I don’t really throw big parties and I only think about what presents I want when my mom starts asking. Another birthday means another year older and, let’s face it, nobody really likes the idea of getting older. Being a fashion blogger I still have the perfect excuse to dress up like a Disney princess and go for an over the top birthday shoot. With this shoot I’m also emulating the childish enthusiasm I remember having as a kid. Preparing for my birthday this way almost had me as excited as I would be back then.
This time it wasn’t because I was excited about what presents I was going to get, but because i was excited to share those pics with you! I’ll be celebrating today with my boyfriend and my best friend. Keeping it small and chill, just the way I like it!
