My all time favourite season has got to be summer. I can think of tons of reasons why. For starters it’s my birthday season. It’s also festival season, beach season, picknick season, holiday season and barefoot season. And by barefoot I don’t actually mean barefoot, I obviously mean I put them in a pair of pretty summer sandals. So my search for the perfect pair begins.

My fave summer trends for 2014 are bright colour pops, tropical prints, light colours and metallics. The ladies above all give great examples of these summer trends worn right. As you can see they all wear light and bright colours, just the way I like it! I tend to avoid darker shades in summer, but when you combine them with some light items or fun prints you still get that fresh summer look. I think all of 2014’s summer trends are really nice, but obviously I can’t buy everything! Which pair do you think I should go with? Colourful? Metallic? Light? Black? You tell me!
