Last week I had the honour of being invited to a special shopping day organized by McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Roermond and Yara from Chapter Friday (previously known as This Chick’s Got Style). The day started off with a very fun #colourmehappy class by Yara, who told us all about the upcoming trends for this summer. This definitely set the mood for us to go shopping – having all the beautiful accessories displayed in the room we were in may have helped a little too. But not before we got the necessary fuel to get our shopping spree started; a lovely lunch organized by La Place. After that we were given €100 and 1,5 hours to buy the best find.
I always love going to blogger events, since I get to meet all these lovely girls and us girls always have so much to catch up on. I started my quest for the perfect find together with blogger babes Nathalie, Joyce and Wendy. On our way we came across these pretty flowers, which really reminded me it’s spring!
I absolutely fell in love with the look of the outlet, it just looks like a very cutesy village. But obviously I didn’t have too much time to look around, as I was on a mission. I immediately found out that I had my mind set on finding the perfect bag, as I kept on running into cute bags. This one by Mulberry was a little out of my price range, so the search continued. It did however totally match one of this year’s hottest trends: pastels.
In the end I did find this beautiful Furla bag I was coveting and didn’t expect to find at all. Can you guess what bag I bought? I left a little clue in one of these pictures. Don’t worry, an outfit post with my new baby will be on the blog very soon!
