In this last post of 2013 I’m introducing you to one of my favourite buys of the year. It’s actually two, but I’m not counting my very comfy shearling coat from OASAP, as it was gifted to me.

I’m talking about the . The design immediately caught my attention when I first saw it, you gotta love the Iron Man/Iron Maiden references. I recently read an interview with founder Ulrika Lundgren and absolutely love her creative spirit. She is editor-in-chief and creative director of her own Rika Magazine and each edition is made with inspiring people. The only Rika boutique (ánd guesthouse Rika Maison) is in Amsterdam, which I can’t blame her for. You gotta love that city.
But when I read the backstory to the Iron Girl print, I knew I had to have it. The title Iron Girl stands for strong, independent and creative women. This has concluded in a photo series of an inspiring group of women like Julianne Moore, Carla Bruni and Helena Christensen wearing the Iron Girl shirt, which can be found here. Without bragging, this definitely is a title I live up to and will be reminded of everytime I wear it in 2014.

Wishing you a very happy, fun, joyful, creative, fruitful, healthy and what not 2014!
