I love visiting flea markets, because every once in a while I seem to find a real gem in there. Last weekend I visited a huge flea market in Amsterdam, at De IJhallen for those who know it. Almost every stallholder sells clothes and although you would expect them to sell vintage stuff, most of them will just sell their old H&M and Zara goodies. If you are lucky you’ll sometimes find a high-end brand in there as well. But for me the best finds are still vintage finds. I love the fabrics and patterns that were used in the 50s-80s. It’s not that often that I find a cool piece, but this time I was lucky. I just love the colours of this blouse and the print is plain awesome. I mean: parrots?! Love it! I’m pretty sure I’ll be wearing this loads.
