Staying at the Quin in New York is one of those experiences you’ll definitely remember! First of all this beautiful hotel is located in the middle of Midtown hustle & bustle and only a walk away from Central Park. This is one of those hotels that I kept seeing my favourite bloggers at and I was thinking to myself “next time I go to New York…”.So I was very happy and felt lucky that they wanted to collaborate with me this time!
When we arrived we felt right at home as they left us a personal note, chocolates, macarons and fine cheeses. As if they already knew how much I love that! We later found out that they always try to find out something personal about their guests, so they can make their stay an even better one. One of the things the Quin is known for is their amazing views from their balcony rooms. We didn’t get to stay in one of those, but I could borrow them for a little photoshoot.
Not that the room we stayed in was bad, not at all! We got placed in the Georgia O’Keeffe suite and we later found out that Georgia had actually lived in this building. The Quin has a close relation with art, when we stayed there there was a very cool exhibition going on in the lobby. Another thing the Quin is known for is their skill for making your stay into a special experience. We got a members card to MoMa, which meant we were able to visit the museum before it opened to the public. How cool is that? They have special experiences for dog lovers – your dog can stay on its own dog bed – and when staying in the Penthouse suite you get the opportunity to have breakfast at Tiffany’s and try on their – millions of dollars worth of – jewelry.
I love it when a hotel does things like this. I think you’ll agree with me when I say traveling is all about the experience. That’s why a good hotel is so important! In case you would like to book at the Quin, you can do that here! And remember to fill out all your personal details, so they can make your stay special too!
