After finally getting used to the idea of winter, winter weather  really hit the Netherlands. In my mind this leaves me with two options: 1. staying on the couch with tea, a hot water bottle and a blanket or 2. entering a deep winter sleep. In real life this would not be a very good idea and I can imagine you getting tired of blog post after blog post of me sleeping 😉 This leaves me with the alternative a.k.a. my advice for dressing for the cold: I wrap myself in thick layers and wool items all day everyday.

I found two of my current wool faves at Wolford: a super warm & large wrap scarf, which apparently can be wrapped in multiple ways and can even be worn as a dress. I like it the way I’m wearing it here: wrapped around my neck a gazillion times. The other fave is this merino wool pair of tights I’m wearing. I’m not the biggest fan of synthetic tights in winter, as they can feel quite cold. I’m super happy to have found this pair: warm & comfy!

What I was wearing

merino wool scarf wolford / wool mustard dress ready to fish / denim jacket liquor & poker / blue merino wool tights wolford  /blue handbag furla / white plimsolls keds / watch happy socks x komono
